Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. grated carrot
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. hot sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Combine eggs and milk and beat until well blended.
    Add cracker crumbs; set aside until all liquid is absorbed.
    Add remaining ingredients (except cheese) to crumb mixture.
    Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Top with cheese.
