Brussels Sprouts And Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pt. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved, or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, thawed
4 slices bacon
1 finely chopped onion
3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Steam sprouts 5 minutes or until tender.
In small skillet, fry bacon crisp, drain and crumble.
Add onion to drippings in skillet, saute 5 minutes until tender, add remaining ingredients to skillet, cook, stirring until mixture boils.
Stir in bacon. Pour over Brussels sprouts.
