Vegetable Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) ready-to-serve vegetable broth
    2 Tbsp. margarine, butter or spread
    1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen cauliflower, carrots and asparagus
    1 pkg. (6.2 oz.) long grain and wild rice fast cooking mix
    3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese (3 oz.)
Preparation
    Heat broth and margarine to boiling in 10 inch skillet. Stir in vegetables, rice and contents of seasoning packet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables and rice are tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
