Picnic Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 c. flour
1 egg
3 lb. chicken breast
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix flour and spices.
Mix buttermilk and egg.
Coat chicken with milk and egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture.
Put in pan and coat each side in the melted butter.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
