Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic
1/2-inch anchovy paste
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. olive oil
1 egg yolk or Egg Beaters
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
romaine lettuce
croutons
Preparation
-
Mix first 7 ingredients in small bowl.
Pour over romaine lettuce and add croutons.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
