Mint Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lemons (1 c. juice)
    1 gal. water
    6 regular tea bags
    10 sprigs fresh mint
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Squeeze lemons and reserve rinds.
    If juice does not measure 1 cup, add frozen lemon juice.
    Put water in a large boiler and bring to boil.
    Turn heat off.
    Add lemon rinds, tea bags and mint.
    Let the tea steep for 1 to 2 hours.
