Plum-Wine Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 small jar plum jelly
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. sherry or red wine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place seasoned breasts in greased baking dish or skillet.
Mix all other ingredients.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 420\u00b0 or until chicken is tender.
