Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, reserve juice
    1 (20 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    Chopped fruit of choice: strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, blueberries, etc.
Preparation
    Press sugar cookie dough onto bottom of large ungreased pizza pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and pineapple juice until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange chopped fruit.
