Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
8 oz. crushed pineapple and juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
In bowl, sift flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until well mixed.
Hand mix only. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until cake tester comes clean. Cake will be very moist.
Ice with favorite frosting.
