Zucchini Sausage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 lb. hot Italian sausage
    3/4 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    1 qt. chicken broth
    1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1/2 can water
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    4 c. cubed, not peeled, zucchini
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 diced green pepper
Preparation
    Brown the first 4 ingredients together.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Season with next 3 ingredients.
    Cook 1/2 hour.
    Add green pepper and cook an additional 1/2 hour.
