Orange Carrots - cooking recipe

4 large carrots (1 lb.), cut in thin slices
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart casserole.
Cover; microwave at High (100%) until carrots are tender, 4 to 6 minutes, stirring after half the cooking time.
