Graham Cracker Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or oleo
6 egg yolks, beaten
4 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. canned evaporated milk
2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
46 graham crackers, ground or 4 c. ground graham cracker crumbs
1 1/3 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
6 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; stir in egg yolks.
Mix baking powder and flour; add to graham crackers.
Add flour mixture to butter mixture, a little at a time, with milk and water.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes in greased and floured 9-inch pans.
