Crisp Crusted Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. instant mashed potatoes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Beat egg.
Add milk in bowl.
In another bowl, mix potatoes, cheese and garlic.
Roll chicken, first in egg then in potato mixture.
Melt butter in shallow, glass baking pan.
Roll coated chicken in butter and arrange in pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Time may vary depending on size of breasts.
Serves 6.
