Low-Fat Applesauce Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. 100% All-Bran
    1 1/4 c. 2% milk
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. applesauce or crushed pineapple
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients, then stir in egg and applesauce or pineapple.
    In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
    Add Bran mixture to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
    Spoon into 12 muffin cups and bake 18 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
