Sliced Baked Potatoes For Microwave - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, thyme or sage)
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through.
    Use a handle of a spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way.
    Place potatoes in micro-safe dish.
    Sprinkle with melted butter and herbs of your choice.
    Microwave at High power for 10 minutes, rearranging the potatoes after 5 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes.
