Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, defrosted
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    dash of salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed croutons
Preparation
    Mix potatoes and 1/2 cup butter with onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Pour into greased 9 x 14-inch dish.
    Crush croutons and mix with the rest of the melted butter (1/4 cup) and sprinkle over top. Bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
