Garlic Gnocchi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. baking potatoes (2 large)
    3 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2/3 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and quarter.
    Boil with garlic until soft (about 15 minutes).
    Drain.
