Rosemary Lemon Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/4 lb sirloin tip roast
    1/4 c fresh rosemary minced or 1 1/2 tsp dried
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil. Mix rosemary, garlic, lemon rind and 1/4 tsp pepper. Use narrow knife, make 12 slits 3/4 inch long and 1 inch deep, across the top of the roast. Use a spoon handle to widen the slits and push a rounded 1/4 tsp of mixture into each one, Sprinkle roast with any remaining
    mixture, salt, pepper. Place roast on a rack in a roasting pan and roast for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before carving.
