Beef Brisket In Foil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 beef brisket
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. water
1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
1 jar guava jelly
1 can mushrooms with their juice
Preparation

Put brisket on large piece of heavy duty foil.
Shake onion soup over meat and add water.
Turn up sides of foil and cover tightly.
Place on flat pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours. Remove foil, cool slightly and slice.
Put sliced beef in a casserole with the juice.
Pour over chili sauce, jelly and mushrooms with juice.
Bake 1/2 hour longer.
