Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream with chives
    paprika
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
