Scottish Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. margarine or butter
2 slightly beaten eggs (add milk to equal 3/4 c.)
raisins (if you like)
Preparation

To sifted flour, baking powder and sugar, add and cut in shortening.
Add milk to egg to equal 3/4 cup.
Put raisins in flour mix.
Add egg/milk and stir.
Roll out on floured board. Bake at 350\u00b0.
