Better Batter Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot water
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. honey
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine 2
    cups
    flour,
    yeast and salt in mixing bowl. Add water, oil,
    honey
    and
    eggs; beat until smooth.
    Beat in remaining flour by
    hand.
    Cover and let stand until double in size (about
    30
    minutes).
    Fill
    greased muffin pan half full and let rise until double in bulk (about 30 minutes).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen rolls.
