Toasted Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 small box instant vanilla pudding
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 1/3 c. cold water
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Blend the cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, mayonnaise, margarine, baking powder and water; beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, or until it springs back when lightly touched.
