Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes, pared
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. dairy sour cream
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in salted water until tender; drain and mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper, mixing well.
    Put in greased 2-quart casserole or may be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
