Pineapple Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 (12 oz.) or 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, including juice
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except pineapple and orange rind, mixing well.
    Stir in crushed pineapple and grated orange rind. Pour batter into 17 x 11-inch jellyroll pan lined with well-greased baker's parchment or brown paper.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
    Frost while hot with Nutty Cream Cheese Frosting.
    Yields 48 (2-inch) squares.
