Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tall and 1 small can evaporated milk

Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, cocoa and a little milk at a time while stirring.
Then gradually pour rest of milk and 1/2 stick margarine together and heat until thick.
