Dressing For Small Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf day old bread
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. stock (from the neck, heart and gizzard)
Preparation
    Fry onion and celery in 1/2 cup butter or margarine.
    Add the bread which has been torn into small pieces.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix well.
