Triple Layer Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    In mixer bowl, beat remaining ingredients, except nuts and chips. Stir in nuts.
    Spread over prepared crust.
    Top with chips.
    Bake 25 minutes or until set.
    Cool.
    Store tightly covered.
