Chicken Breast With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Chicken Breasts, pounded thin
1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Scallions
1 c. Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Fresh Ginger
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
Preparation
-
Melt butter and olive oil in skillet.
Add chicken and cook for 4 minutes each side, remove chicken.
Add flour, scallions, orange juice, brown sugar, ginger and dijon mustard.
Cook until condensed.
Add chicken back in and cook thoroughly.
