Seafoam Lime Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 2/3 c. (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water; add cold water and lemon juice. Gradually add to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended (use blender).
    Chill until almost firm.
    Fold in marshmallows, pineapple and nuts.
    Pour into a 1-quart mold.
    Chill until firm. Serves 4 to 6.
