Cranberry-Orange Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. corn oil
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In small bowl, combine corn oil, egg, orange peel and juice.
    Stir into flour mixture just until moistened.
    Add cranberries.
    Spoon into prepared pans.
    Sprinkle with walnuts.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes until golden.
    Makes 12.
