Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    3 c. water
    salt
    1/2 lb. lean ground meat
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Cook rice in salted water.
    Brown meat.
    Saute pepper and onion in bacon grease or in meat drippings.
    Add cooked meat and cooked rice.
    Stir well.
    Blend soup and water; heat thoroughly and add to meat-rice mix.
