German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 boiled potatoes (in jackets)
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 to 6 slices bacon, fried crisp
Preparation
    Slice cooked potatoes in bowl.
    Mix vinegar, oil, sugar and parsley flakes.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle bacon pieces on top.
    Cover and let sit 1 hour. Serve warm.
