Spicy Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or 1/2 lb. of ground beef and 1/2 lb. sausage
    1 small can of tomato paste
    1 c. rice
    dash of chili powder
    1 onion, diced
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    16 oz. red kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown meat in large skillet.
    Add onions and chopped peppers, dash of chili powder; cover and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add tomato paste.
    Stir in kidney beans.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serve with prepared rice.
