Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. applesauce
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together, then add rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 (9-inch) round pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
