Dill Beans - Canned - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. beans
5 c. water
5 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salt
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. red pepper
Preparation

Cover beans with water and boil 15 minutes.
In separate pot, bring water, vinegar, salt, mustard seed and red pepper to a boil. Pack beans into jar, cucumber-fashion.
Put a small piece of dill weed and 1 small clove of garlic in each jar.
Fill jar with the hot mixture and seal.
Put in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
