Moist Meat Loaf(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Mix well and shape into 8 x 4-inch microwave dish.
    Microwave at Medium-high for 15 to 20 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
    Rotate dish a half turn halfway through cooking.
    Remove from microwave, cover with aluminum foil and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Remove from dish and serve.
