Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 c. shredded carrots
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
Preparation

Add all ingredients together and store in refrigerator until just before serving, then pour ginger dressing and toss.
Serves 4. Preparation time:
about 45 minutes.
