Cheesy Scalloped Tuna And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 or 9 oz.) can tuna
    3 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in salted water 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Melt margarine in 2-quart saucepan.
    Blend in flour.
    Add milk, stirring until smooth.
    Take off heat and add 1/2 cup of cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
    Arrange tuna and potatoes in layers in buttered casserole (3-quart size).
    Pour sauce over all and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
    Easy dish for company.
