Mexican Hominy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans hominy
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can green chilies
1/2 c. sour cream
1 medium onion
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 small jar pimentos
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour in baking dish and cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
