Classic Beef Barbecue(Great!! Serves 10 To 12.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless roast (chuck)
    1 large onion
    3/4 c. diced celery
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. water
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 (14 oz.) ketchup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Put meat in Dutch oven and top with onion and celery.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
