Diabetic Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. low sodium salmon
    15 low sodium cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; mix well.
    Shape in loaf and place in baking pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
