French Fried Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    1 c. pound cake crumbs
    salad oil
Preparation
    Combine eggs and milk.
    Take a scoop of ice cream and roll it in crumbs.
    Pack crumbs firmly with hands.
    Dip in egg-milk mixture, then roll again in crumbs; pack firmly.
    Wrap in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and freeze.
