Vegetable Salad(Spinach) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. freshly chopped spinach (you chop it)
    10 hard-boiled eggs
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 medium head lettuce, shredded
    1 c. sliced shallots
    1 pkg. thawed frozen peas, uncooked
    2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    lemon juice to taste
Preparation
    Blend together and pour over peas.
    Add 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese on top.
    Cover and chill 12 hours.
    Do not toss.
    Serve.
