Scalloped Potatoes And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 can College Inn chicken broth
    1/4 c. mayo
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    In casserole, layer potatoes and onion.
    In medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine and stir in flour; cook until foamy. Gradually stir in broth and mayo.
    Cook until sauce bubbles and thickens.
    Season and pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle generously with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are fork-tender and top is brown.
