Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 beaten eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. cut rhubarb
Preparation
    Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter.
    Add eggs and beat until smooth.
    Pour over rhubarb in 9-inch pastry-lined pan.
    Top with pastry.
    Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
