Microwave Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecan nut halves
1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
Preparation

Put pastry shell in glass pie plate.
Place butter in medium glass mixing bowl.
Microwave on Roast for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except baked pastry shell.
Mix well.
Pour filling in shell.
