Scalloped Potatoes On The Grill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced (depending on number served)
1 large box Velveeta cheese, sliced
seasonings as desired
Preparation

Wrap potatoes, topped with seasonings, in tinfoil. Cook on grill until tender (about 1 hour).
Open foil; top potatoes with cheese slices.
Cover back up and cook until cheese melts (about 15 to 20 minutes).
This can also be cooked in the oven at 350\u00b0 using same procedure.
