Broiled Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1/2 c. minced green onion (white part only)
    4 Tbsp. minced parsley
    4 large ripe tomatoes, sliced into thirds
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in small bowl and blend well.
    Gently spread mixture about 1/4-inch thick on tomatoes.
    Broil 4 inches from heat source 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned, watching carefully so that the topping does not burn.
    Serve immediately.
