Apple Crunch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. uncooked oats
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. melted butter
1 lb. cooked apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix flour, oats, brown sugar and baking powder. Add butter and blend with pastry blender. Sprinkle 1/2 of crumbs in square pan. Cook apples, sugar and cinnamon together until sugar is dissolved. Spread on crumbs in pan. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
